(CSE: OPTI) (OTC: OPTHF) (FRA: 8BN) (“Optimi” or the “Company”), developers of a vertically integrated functional mushroom brand focused on the health and wellness industry, is pleased to announce that its US- OTC listing under the symbol “OPTHF” has received approval from the Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) to make the Company’s common shares eligible for listing. clearing and electronic settlement through DTC (“DTC Eligibility”).
DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, a US company that manages electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies.
