NEW YORK, July 14, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – EXL (NASDAQ: EXLS), a leading operations management and analysis firm, today announced that it has become a member of the Global Compact of Nations United, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. The decision to join the Global Compact as a participant is an affirmation of EXL’s commitment to implement the universal principles of sustainability and accelerate its progress on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues as well as on diversity, equity and inclusion (DCI), as outlined in its sustainability report and its 2021 proxy statement.

The United Nations Global Compact is a voluntary initiative that mobilizes organizations to establish and define strategies, policies and procedures in accordance with its ten principles relating to human rights, labor, the environment and the fight against corruption.
